WHAT IS RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING?
The car rubberized undercoating is a high-tech adhesive rubber asphalt coating. It has the characteristics of non-toxicity, high coverage rate and high adhesion. It can be sprayed on exposed parts of the vehicle chassis, wheel hub, fuel tank, car underwall, luggage compartment, etc., and quickly dries to form a firm elastic protective layer. It can prevent the impact of flying rocks and gravel, prevent moisture, acid rain, and salt from corroding the metal of the vehicle chassis, prevent the chassis from rusting and rusting, and protect the driving safety of the vehicle owner.
HOW TO USE RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING?
1. Raise the car, rinse the chassis with a high-pressure water gun, spray the engine exterior cleaning agent or engine degreaser first to remove the sticky sludge and sand on the chassis, or use special sandpaper to polish off the original anti-rust layer.
2. Use a water blowing gun to blow out the water in the gap, and dry the water with a towel.
3. To prepare to spray the anti-rust treatment layer, you need to first cover the tires and the periphery of the exhaust pipe with masking paper (you can use newspaper) and tape. Pay special attention to the sensors and shock absorbers on the car body.
4. Spray each component material of the chassis armor onto the chassis in turn, spray at least 3 layers with a thickness of about 4 mm.
5. Partial repair of the coating to ensure that the stronger the opacity, the better.
6. Remove the surrounding shelters, clean the surrounding non-sprayed parts with a special cleaner, and wait for it to dry.
